Designing Another Experiment!

In science we got the opportunity to design and perform another experiment. This one was dealing with motion and gravity. Students used ramps and changed them in some way to see what effect they had on the distance of travel. Some groups covered their ramps with wax paper or aluminum foil. Some groups used a range of 3-6 textbooks. Some groups did it on the tile versus the carpet. Before we did the experiment we set up our plan with the question, hypothesis, materials, and procedure. As we completed the experiment we filled in a data table and wrote our conclusion. It was a ton of fun!
